Company Overview

Zoe Engineering, LLC was founded in October 1999 by Daphne M. Wilson.  Ms. Wilson is principal owner of the company.  The company provides electrical power, instrumentation and controls and plant automation engineering services.  The company was conceived out of a mission to serve a pre-existing and ongoing relationship in the local Municipal Water/Wastewater and Power Generation markets. Since its inception, Zoe has expanded its services to include the Commercial and Industrial markets.

Qualifications

Zoe Engineering, LLC, is experienced in projects involving Electrical Power Distribution, Instrumentation and Control (I & C), Process Automation (HMI and PLC) design and programming. Zoe has acted as project manager, lead project engineer and designer on a variety of projects. These projects included responsibilities included electrical design, plant process automation system design and software development programming. Zoe experience is not limited to design and programming, but also provide support for construction residency, startup, and operation and maintenance (O&M) services during construction.  The company’s full range of services and capabilities include:

• Design of Plant Electrical Power Distribution and Generation systems;
• Electrical design of Medium and Low Voltage Motor Control and Facility lighting systems;
• Programming of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Distributed Control systems (DCS) for Plant Process Automation systems;
• Design of Process Instrumentation and Control system (PICS);
• Project Management of conventional design delivery projects;
• Construction Management of multidiscipline construction projects with Resident Engineering and Inspection services;
• Engineering Services During Construction of changes to contract(s).
